Best Chicken Pazole soup! Comes with steamed rice or fresh bread on the side. The space is super-cool easy going. Has a large family style table to share as well as smaller tables. They have a delicious menu. Order, pay, sit and the food is brought to you. I also like that they have fresh baked goodies & a serve yourself water bar.

Delicious sushi! Local favourite. The use real crab and wild Sockeye Salmon. Street parking only, which is free after 6pm. Fav picks: Seared scallops; sunomono salad; Islander roll; spicy scallop roll; chicken karage; agedashi tofu. If you like garlic you'll prob love the Highlander roll. They open for lunch and dinner; closing at 9pm. Fyi, most places in Victoria close at this super early time so if you're a late eater, plan ahead.

It's a long, narrow venue so be prepared to kindly dodge a few hot beverages on your way to the line up. They roast beans onsite; offer delicious locally baked goodies and savory lunch options. My fav is a triple shot Americano, black. Fav treat is the quinoa chocolate muffin.
