Our favourite fish and chips. Not as fancy as Red Fish Blue Fish, but so yummy. Don't miss the salmon taco. It's about a 30min walk along the harbour pathway to Fisherman's Wharf. It's not on Fisherman's Wharf, but instead it's across the park. Barb's Fish and Chips (in Fisherman's Wharf) is good - but we think this is better.

Harbour Ferry Water Ballet is a must
In the morning on summer weekends head down to the Inner Harbour (in front of the Legislature) to watch the little Harbour Ferries (Victorians affectionately call them pickle boats) preform a Water Ballet. It's silly and so much fun.

Cloth Bags
The City of Victoria (and most of the surrounding region) has 'banned' plastic bags. All businesses now provide paper bags with a mandatory fee. There's a cloth bag in the loft for your use, but you may want to pack your own for the trip.
