Food scene
This is one of my personal favorites in Chattanooga. It is a 3 story bar that features a "beer / sports bar" feel in the basement, the middle story feels like a small cafe/ diner (and boy do they serve delicious food), and the top story is a cocktail bar! All 3 floors are connected with a spiral staircase, along with local artist murals on the walls. My favorite food here has to be any of the tacos, or the quesadillas.

This is an all around GREAT location!! They have 3 restuarants in one kitchen, Indian, Asian and Pizza! If you like spicy food this is the place for you. There is also a local brewery in the building, Five Wits Brewing company. Their Mexican Lager is by far my favorite. The space also has a rotating chef in their test kitchen. Definitely check this place out if you want some authentic food, creative cocktails and just an all around unique atmosphere. The Monan's, a lovely local couple and very successful entrepreneurial couple, own the restaurant, own many of the restaurants in Chattanooga.

This is a higher end restaurant if you're feeling fancy! My favorite meal of all time is their Red Wine Braised Pot Roast served with a glass of their house Cabernet.

GREAT atmosphere and a hidden gem. They serve breakfast food but you definitely want to go here later in the evening. I always order their slim stack with cheesy grits. These pancakes will change your life!

You'll get some great views and probably your closest trail to downtown. Good for mountain biking I believe!
