Incredible unique menu that changes seasonally. Priced a little bit higher than surrounding restaurants, the fancier food does not mean you have to get dressed up to enjoy it. The food and dining experience are amazing and worth the price. Only open later in the week.

Great pedestrian bridge that crosses the James River right downtown. You will see kayaks and rafters, dog walkers, bicyclists, and there is even a rock climbing wall. Beautiful year-round, it will take you to the American Civil War Museum (a National Park) at the former Tredegar Ironworks site where you can visit the museum inside or just look at the ruins outside.

Beautiful walk along the North side of the James River with informative historical signs documenting the canal system built to move cargo around the rocks in the river at the fall line. Water power ran mills and industry at the fall of the James and lower Richmond, after the rocks end, is navigable to the Atlantic ocean and beyond. This is one reason Richmond became an important industrial and port city.
