Very Quiet neighbourhood, especially at night. Very close to beaches and surrounding lake areas. Great shopping at Ulladulla.

Also a wide choice of restaurants and cafes in Milton, Mollymook shops, Mollymook Beach and Ulladulla.

Lake Conjola (Beautiful and safe swimming) - go all the way through Lake Conjola Caravan Park - parking at end of road - walk to sand dunes etc - about 20 min drive
Walking to the closest beaches shops is quite easy, most other places are no more than 15 min drive.
Very close to some amazing lakes, especially Lake Conjola only 15-20 min drive.
Great fishing and swimming spots all around the area.
There is a great village at Milton only 5 mins drive away.
Also Mogo village is very quaint and also has a Zoo, only 1 hour drive.
Also only 30 mins away at Bendalong Point at Boat Harbour Beach you can swim with the Manta Rays, awesome experience :)
Jervis Bay is about 1 hours drive north depending which part you want to visit. Hyams Beach is at Jervis Bay, with some of the whitest sand in the world.
Batemans Bay is approximately 1 hours drive south, and Moruya about 1.3 hours.
