If you decide not to enter the Edinburgh Castle, it’s still a good place to start, good photo opportunities
and the top of the “Royal Mile” being a great starting point. From the castle there are so
many tourist attractions as you work your way down to the bottom, depending on what
kind of places you prefer from. The bottom end of the Royal Mile is Holyrood Palace, just opposite the Scottish Parliament building

are fit enough to make it to the top – you will be rewarded with amazing views.
