We have packs of wild javalina's who wander through our neighborhood and munch on the cactus'. They are not typically aggressive unless they have babies with them, so just give them a wide berth and they should not bother you. They are dark in color and are often seen at or after dusk, so be careful driving at night in case they are in the road. Unless there is a full moon you may not see them in the road till you get close. We are in the AZ desert and we have rattlesnakes. They tend to shelter under bushes - just watch your step at night.

Sprouts - Just south of the 202 to the West of Recker Rd. Bashas - Northwest corner of Power and McDowell roads. Albertson's - Southeast corner of Power and McDowell roads. Fry's Marketplace - Southwest corner of Recker and McKellips. Walmart - Southeast corner of Greenfield and McKellips.

One big ask is that if you take ANYTHING up to the roof that you do not leave anything up there. There is a pathway up there where you can go to look at the view - please do not step off the pathway. We get sudden crazy winds out of nowhere, and we had roof damage previously when items were blown around up there.

Wifi: Paulaguest Password: Casitafun I have K-cups / creamer powder/ sugar / teabags/ paper plates & bowls / paper towels /plastic cutlery / bottle opener-corkscrew in the drawer below the microwave. There is a Keurig, microwave, small fridge/freezer, and a hairdryer in the closet. There are two folding chairs and a small folding table behind the fridge. You can take these up to the roof, but please bring them back down every time. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the bathroom. If you need an iron/ board, or to use my washing machine just let me know.

There is a roll of trash bags in the closet. Please tie any trash and leave it outside the Casita. Please text me to let me know it is there and I'll come to grab it. If you see the trash cans outside, the black one is general trash and the blue one is recycling - feel free to drop your trash straight in them.

Please call or text me if you need anything or have any problems during your stay. Checkout time is by 10 am unless we have approved an extension. Please put all your trash into bags (There is a roll of bags in the closet), and used towels onto the shower floor. You can leave the key by the TV, and text me to let me know that you have left. Please leave a review on the website when they send you that request. I will also leave one for you which will be visible to future hosts. The light that is directly outside the casita door can be switched off from inside the casita. The switch is the third switch beside the ceiling light and ceiling fan light. Please turn it off when you come home for the night.
