Castlemaine is a lovely place to live and to visit.
Before moving to Castlemaine, I lived in Faraday - a small place twelve kilometres from Castlemaine.... and before living in Faraday, I drove frequently from Melbourne to stay in and around Castlemaine. There are so many things to do during the day-time or at night. I recommend it as a place to visit - and stay - if you have the time.
