Compulsory for every art lover. Great overview of Estonian art and other exhibitions in a nice park and worth a visit for the architecture alone.
Wonderful photography museum. Not too time consuming and worth for the views from the rooftop café/bar/restaurant alone.

Keep in mind this now closed concert hall is far from beautiful or upbeat, but it is one of the best examples of the huge and robust Soviet architecture from times past. Also, from the roof you can get good views of the city as well as the sea.

The smaller brother of Kalamaja, it has less to see and do, but is otherwise just as nice and well worth a walk. Highlights include amazing pizzas at Kaja Pizza and a homely café by the name of Ristikheina.
