Crystal and John, the owners of Hershberger’s bakery have some great baked goodies, breads, cakes (sooo yummy), cookies and take home family meals or lunch to eat in or take out. We love giving our friends some business. They have a donut there that has powdered sugar on the layers underneath and I personally think it’s the best donut I have EVER eaten!

Looking for a city feel restaurant in a small town, then this is it. The portions are very good size! They also recently opened an evening side with a bar and many evenings have live music. The duck wings are definitely a date night favorite!

This is our favorite ice cream place in this area. Liquid nitrogen is used to freeze the ice cream. Our favorite recipe is Nutella ice cream with berries, bananas and brownies. This is so delicious!

This is our place to order sushi! Take out orders are easy and it’s about a 20 minute drive. They have a good menu for a nice evening out as well and have an outdoor dining area or bar area so you don’t have to wait for a table.

Our resort offers many amenities. Here’s some pictures of the pool area and the clubhouse, The Lodge. Below the pool is the tennis, basketball, volleyball court. A nice playground for the kids is also there.
