Perdido Key’s literal translation means “Lost Key,” so named by the early Spanish who discovered it in 1693. Until then, the Key was the well-kept secret of gulf coast Native Americans – Perdido Key’s first inhabitants. Bridges link Perdido Key to the Florida mainland and neighboring Alabama. Those who make the short drive across the water will agree that this “Lost” island is definitely worth discovering.

Orange Beach is a small city on Alabama's Gulf Coast. It's known as a water sports hub. Located on Wolf Bay, Waterfront Park has a fishing pier and picnic areas. The Orange Beach Indian & Sea Museum explores Native American and fishing history. To the west, The Wharf is a shopping area with an amphitheater. The Backcountry Trail winds from the city through Gulf State Park's beaches in the nearby city of Gulf Shores.

Their french fries are amazing, especially after a few beverages. They have great music on the weekends in the rooms tucked back upstairs! Artists come in from Nashville and play all night!
