Food scene

The inception of Carson's dates back to 1907! Today at Carson's, guests can experience what the era once was with the added benefit of modern convenience and organic food. One can still pick up a paper, buy local creamery ice cream and hand pick penny candy. Throwback diner with original 1950s interior. Breakfast and lunch served all day. Scratch cooking featuring omelets, pancakes, French toast, a variety of eggs Benedict’s as well as sandwiches, burgers and drinks. This is just a short stroll from The Noank House and we love going there for their decadent breakfast options.

Cozy lobster–centric seafood shack with indoor and outdoor seating, water views & a laid-back vibe. BYOB. The Lobster Bomb (famous!) is reason enough to visit Ford's, but factor in the salty shoreline setting and this might just be the most perfect meal you ever ate. The Noank House tip - Ford's does not take reservations...and the wait can often be up to 2 hours in the Summer months. But you can go there before you are ready to eat and put in your name. Then head back to The Noank House, enjoy cocktails on the upper deck while you wait for your text. Once they text you, you have 15 minutes to arrive for your table!
