The Good Earth reflects the journey Chinese food has taken in London. From traditional aromatic duck and dry shredded beef to contemporary dishes unique to us such as Golden Sands Dover Sole and Wasabi Prawns. Chef Claude Bosi has acquired The Swan Inn, the pub has been updated whilst still retaining a traditional pub feel. Serving classic pub and comfort food favourites. Typical dishes include crab on toast, skate wings with beurre blanc and Jersey Royals, The Swan burger, treacle tart with clotted cream and rhubarb jelly and custard. A traditional roast with all the trimmings will be served on Sunday
