They have good food too, but mostly great beer. This is a cute little local brewery that started a few years ago, and it's made from barn wood from an old barn off the Palouse Highway. Great people, great food, and awesome beer!

Great food and beer selection. Their fish and chips are made from scratch and phenomenal :-)

This place has great smoothies and juices - just a cute little place. It's actually a doctor's office for two Naturopaths but the front is a cute little sitting area with healthy treats and a cozy atmosphere

Thursdays from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, this market is a great way to get fresh, local produce and see all the characters of the neighborhood :-) The Shop offers $3 pints on Thursday nights as well!

Green Bluff is an area about 30 minutes away that's a collection of local farms. The Harvest House is always fun, especially during apple picking season - but the whole summer there are always a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables you can either buy at each farm or pick yourself!

YUM. Amazing, locally made ice cream and homemade waffle cones. They have the classics, or fun choices like my favorite, "Razztachio" - pistachio with chocolate covered raspberries. They also have great vegan ice cream options!

This is a nice restaurant in the historic Flour Mill. If you can get a seat on the patio overlooking the falls, it's a view that can't be beat. They're a little pricier but offer a great happy hour if you're on a budget. Their macadamia-crusted baked brie is an appetizer to die for!

This beautiful park is within about 5 minutes of my house and is an awesome place to go for walks, grab lunch or a lemonade at the Park Bench Cafe. There is a formal garden, lilac garden, rose garden, Japanese garden, and much more. It was actually designed by the same guy who designed Central Park in NY!

This cute little store is a cooperative of local artists. They have everything from pottery to homemade soaps & candles, to hand-crafted inspirational posters. Definitely a fun place to check out and conveniently located downtown, next to Auntie's Bookstore (another fun place to check out)
