Downtown is only about 15 mins away depending on traffic so a quick little drive or Uber. Check out some of these restaurants in downtown or just a little beyond.
One of my favorites! Great food, great drinks, beachy setting on the intercoastal. You can even boat up to the restaurant! Good with big parties and kids. See if you can call ahead. Not sure they will but always worth a try!

Indoor AND outdoor seating. Good food, kid friendly and with big groups. In the heart of downtown and on the intercoastal. The garden outside seating is my favorite with strung lights above in big oak trees and sometimes live music.

Things to do in St. Augustine, FL!
We love St. Augustine and the beach and love to share everything we have enjoyed from visiting over the years!
A MUST See for our family! Every visit to downtown, we must walk around the fort, run around in the moat and take in the beautiful views of the waterway. We've only gone inside the fort (a fee needed) a few times and it doesn't keep the kids' attention long BUT is very cool and worth while for the views from the upper level. Try going at sun set too!
