The Pheasant is a stunning Shropshire dining pub with rooms which dates back to the 18th century. Closed for almost 9 years, this country inn is open again and welcoming villagers and visitors from far and wide doing a roaring trade.
They offer a menu of classic English dishes supplemented daily by tempting seasonal specials and serve real ales from Shropshire and further afield and offer a list of wines full of interest, many available by the glass.

On a sunny day, people just sit outside, drinking in the views, as well as the beer. On a Winter's day, it also be one of the most challenging places to reach.

One of the highest pubs in the country and certainly one with the most stunning views. Perched on the high ground between Brown Clee and Clee Hill it has views stretching into mid Wales and beyond. On a sunny day, people just sit outside, drinking in the views, as well as the beer. On a Winter's day, it also be one of the most challenging places to reach.
