Best place to eat with just 6 tables! Everything is delicious. All local food from the near by market. The pita, hummus, Christmas beef, green beans with apricots, orange beef and the salad are all recommended.

Not so far from tha flat in sunny days. The perfect place for tourists who want to dip their toes into the Bulgarian cuisine and drinks but aren't quite ready to embrace the raw spirit of our culture. It's definitely Bulgarian with a modern twist. You'll get a level of service you won't get at most authentic local restaurants.
I can't think of a better place to recommend if you want to taste the traditional rakia drink. Get a salad and take it in small sips. They have like 100 different kinds.

Great bar with great classic 50's, 60's and 70's rock music! The bar is located high in an apartment and has a very nice loft area with good scenes of Sofia. Cheap prices and such a beatiful views. Very difficult to stay for just one beer.

St Paraskeva has a somewhat unusual design for an Eastern Orthodox church. Recommended, just few house away from the flat. Try to visit the antique shop in tha crypt - it's hude and odd place full with retro furitures and tresors...
