While not in the immediate area, this store sells some of the best cheeses in LA and they'll curb your growing hunger with a toasted sandwich that always has me returning for more.
If your in Eagle Rock it's so worth a visit.

Downtown and bustling, a quick bite at the bar or reserve a table and simply enjoy the flavors. This is not a quiet dining experience, it is busy and often noisy so it is definitely a place to go when you're intending to continue your night out. If you don't have a reservation and want to take a chance at getting in, they open around 5pm and can often fit you in. Bring your appetite !
