The restaurant is a 10-15 minute walk (5-minute drive) from the house and is a great prequel to a Dillon Theater Company production. The theater is a 2-minute walk North across the parking lot from the restaurant.

It has a great happy hour from 3:00 to 5:30PM daily; the owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable; the bar area is always full of lively conversation and a casual crowd. The restaurant is a 10-15 minute walk (5-minute drive) from the house and is a great prequel to a Dillon Theater Company production. The theater is a 2-minute walk North across the parking lot from the restaurant.
This breakfast and lunch spot will not disappoint. Do you like breakfast burritos? Designer sandwiches? Cakes, pastries and other baked goods? Everything we've ordered here is excellent and reasonably priced! You can grab a cup of coffee and nibble on free bakery samples while waiting for a take-out order or for a table indoors or out.

For those too tired or unmotivated to cook in the evening, pick up a pre-made meatloaf or lasagna dinner to take and bake later. In addition to the coffee drinks, Enza’s offers a variety of hot cocktails from Irish Coffee and Altitude Adjustment to cold ones like Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s and craft cocktails.

The hike is a 2.3-mile family-friendly loop that takes the average-ability hiker about 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. You can also canoe, kayak and fish on this lake. We do not recommend this for winter due to road conditions.

The trailhead to this hike/snowshoe path is about 7 minutes from the house. It starts in a residential neighborhood but quickly leads to tranquility, forest, meadows and a water fall. Winter snowshoers are advised to hike only as far as the waterfall due to avalanche danger past that point.

Sapphire Point Overlook
Swan Mountain RoadIf you're new to the altitude, this is a good first day hike. It features panoramic views of Lake Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge. Park at the top parking lot and enjoy a 30-minute loop. Bring your camera for some memorable photos.
This is also referred to as "Meadow Creek Trailhead to Lily Pad Lake" trail. If you have two cars, drop one at the top of Buffalo Mountain Road (Lily Pad Lake trailhead) and the other at the Meadow Creek trailhead. If you only have ONE car, the driver can drop some or most of your hiking group at the Meadow Creek Trailhead and then drive to Buffalo Mountain and park the car at the Lily Pad Lake trailhead. The driver can then hike Lily Pad trail until he/she meets the group at a halfway point.
