This is our building's go-to restaurant. It is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Manila. See Mr. Tanabe, the master sushi chef at work. Anthony Bourfain had a long meal here during his last visit.

It's been around for decades -- really good tapas, decent wine, fine atmostphere, old waiters, Spanish music (tip the old guys around PHP 200 if they come to your table -- they are sweet). Oh call in advance if you want paella or Iberian chicken.
