Be sure to check out the vibrant beach front scene with a walk along the WR promenade and pier. See kayakers, crabbers, a harbour seal or two...even some crazy youth jumping off the pier rail into the sea! Parallel to Marine Dr, you will find an abundance of shops and restaurants along the waterfront. Other highlights include the White Rock Museum and Archives, a beautiful stand of Haida and Coast Salish totems, and who could forget the beloved "Big White Rock".

Other highlights include the White Rock Museum and Archives, a beautiful stand of Haida and Coast Salish totems, and who could forget the beloved "Big White Rock".
Peace Arch Park sits along the 49th parallel and the Canadian/ USA border. The park is several acres of grassy green with picnic spots and flower gardens. The iconic peace arch is a testament to the friendship between these two neighbouring countries. Car parking is available so you can take a walk through the park and pass under the grand arch. (please be aware that people are not permitted to walk into the United States from Canada without first checking in at the USA customs booths and providing valid ID)
