Awesome brewery made by a local couple who was featured on an HGTV episode of House Hunters!! :P The beer is incredible, awesome atmosphere, board games/ping-pong tables, and a food truck is on scene serving INCREDIBLE food from Mayan Cafe. They also have a patio outback with a view of the skyline. Great spot for a nice day but plenty of room inside for a rainy one.

Delicious coffee company with vegan treats available, too. It's a little hidden behind Urban Outfitters but worth the search and very walkable.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT. Great food but definitely a pretty penny. My boyfriend and I love coming here for special occasions. If you're celebrating something, come here. It's definitely a place you'll want to dress nice for but I love it for date nights! Get the avocado ice cream for dessert! Ask for a seat by the glass and you'll have a nice view of Bardstown Road.

Lots of different restaurants (Hard Rock Cafe, TGIFriday's, The Fudgery) but they also have a Howl at the Moon, a PBR Bar, and more. I'd recommend coming here for dinner and then staying into the night for drinks. This is known as a touristy spot but it is definitely something you should do if you're visiting as a tourist. They also often have good performers for cheap. I've seen some decent country singers for $10. It has a strip of bars covered by a glass ceiling so it makes for a good spot on a rainy day.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Totally worth an Uber. This speakeasy has a hidden stairwell in the back of a sandwich shop downtown. They are known for having great drinks and live jazz music by local performers. Definitely a great date night spot.

Great spot to browse. They are loaded with old school dvds, video games, and books. On a day off, I love to grab a cup of coffee at Safai (across the street) and then browse this store.
