Sightseeing
Pitlochry's Mountain. At 2795 it is just below Munro height, but it is altogether a mountain with stunning views to the cairngorms, the grampians and South towards Perth, the Sidlaw and Ochil hills.
Loch Tummel and Schiehallion are visible to the West and on a very clear day it is possible to see the Glencoe Mountains and those around Ben Nevis.

Nowadays this is the home in October to "The Enchanted Forest". for the rest of the year it is a quiet sheltered loch where you can see a wide variety of both water and woodland birds. It is also used by fishing clubs.
