Zheng Jiang Hao was named after combining the name of the nearby National Chengchi University Center for Public and Business Administration Education and Tamkang University Division of Continuing Education. It has been very famous for its rice dumpling soup. The proprietress, Mrs. Lee Huang-Ju was married to Taipei from her hometown several decades ago. She took over the fruit shop from her mother-in-law in 1974 and started from selling ices and fruits, to selling instant noodles, tempura, rice dumpling, sweet fermented rice, rice dumpling soup, wonton soup, snack and light meals, etc... All those genuine Taipei snacks for more than 30 years with passion and gratitude.
