Sightseeing
The trailhead is here for the beach walk. Go back out to Tahoe Keys Blvd., and make a left. When you get to the stop sign at Venice go right. At the end of the road you'll see the trailhead which will take you out to the beach. About a 40 minute loop or pack a snack and beverage and enjoy a sunset.

Heavenly Village is bustling with restaurants, a movie theatre and shops enough to keep you busy for an afternoon and evening. But don't forget to plan enough time to head up the gondola for an incredible view of the lake. (Be sure to get off at the mid-way stop for the vistas) and then get back on and go to the top for hiking, restaurant, bar or a picnic. If you love adventure be sure to research and plan to partake in the many activities at the top such as a zip line, ropes course and hiking.

There are several trailheads and walking or hiking options in this area. Park in the campground day lot and head up the trail to access the lake at its eastern end. Or drive all the way to the western end of the lake and continue beyond the marina and park her for a trail up the river to the falls and fantastic vies.
