This is a very cool park with lots of parking. There is a playground for the kids, restroom, and a beach. There are designated bonfire areas on the beach. This is worth checking out if you have kids.

This is a low cost store that has a variety of things that you might need during your stay. Whether it be beach gear, drinks, snacks, etc this is a good option if you don't want to go all the way to Von's or Trader Joe's.

Terri's nails is a great spot to get your manicure, pedicure or waxing done. She takes walk ins or you can call ahead to make an appointment.

If you are on vacation and you get sick or have a minor injury this is a great option. We have taken our children here, and had good service and we were in and out.

When I am in town this is where I go work out. I affectionately refer to it as "Average Joe's Gym" because they have just the minimum equipment you need to get your workout. The owners are very friendly and you can buy a pass for the day or the week. Check them out.
