Shawarma Grill-House with the subtitle "Est. 1981" is easily the best shawarma in town. The meat is prepared with a special marinade, with a rich taste of youghurt and spice. Their chili sauce is exceptionally good, tasty and sweet with just the right amount of bite. Extremely fast food, once you get to the counter, but expect some queue at peak hours.

Michelin star thai food. Too good to be true, and really worth the high price - if you like asian food. Don't go there if you're not into Thai cuisine, but if you are (like most people I know) it'll be the meal of your life. Or one of them, anyway.

This small ethiopian restaurant is a gem, with authentic food and very nice service. You can either eat western style, or jump right out and eat with your fingers like the locals do. Very cheap lunch menu

Originally a part of the old fortifications of Copenhagen, Ørstedsparken is situated next to Nørreport Station. It is a haven of peace, with a beautiful lake and meandering paths. Great for sunny days, and very close to the centre.
