Alki Beach is in West Seattle, and feel like a CA beach. Can walk for miles on the sand, rent bikes, canoe, kayak, grab a bite, or enjoy a drink. Great view of Seattle as well.

The large park is at the issaquah end of Lake Sammamish, which stretches from Issaquah to Redmond. We live on the East side of the Lake.
