Sightseeing
The Sille Church and ancient castle are two favourites and within walking distance of the apartment.
Sillé Plage is situated about 4km outside town in the big national.forest. Lots to experience there, such as horseriding, mini-golf, walking trails (4.5 km if you want to walk around the lake, for example). Pony rides and an equestrian centre is also nearby.
By train, you can visit Le Mans, Evron and Laval. The train station is only 200m from the apartment. Tickets can be bought at the station or online. Download the SCNF app on your phone for schedules and tickets. From Le Mans you can take the tram to the Le Mans racecourse or into the historic town centre. Paris is 58minutes away by TGV ( the fast train.
