The apartment is very close to the sea.This part of the shore has wonderful views to the palma bay and nice turquoise crystalline water. There are 2 ways to reach the sea in Maioris,one by car (or walking) is going down to the Mhares sea club in Carrer de l'Oronella .And the other way is going to the Carrer Roquetes and cross the Mirador de Maioris, where you will find stairs that bring you to a sandy paths ,continue for the first path to the right and follow the blurry green arrows that are painted on the rocks until you arrive to the 2nd picture,let this area on your left and continue until you arrive to cala vella. The duration of this short trip is around 20 min (900metres aprox) is not difficult but I recommend not to aproach yourself to the cliff overhungs, use sport shoes not flip flops, bring water , and if is sunny sun protection cream.

Refugi de S'Aguila is a rural restaurant located at the road from Palma to Cabo Blanco light house.At the road you will see an old hunter's hut on the edge of the road, you can drive into the finca with your car and park at the parking,crossing a little garden you will find this typical Mallorquinish rural house with a nice porch . They serve salads ," pa amb oli "that means bread with oil but we add cheese , serrano ham , sobrasada, camaiot .They also serve salads ,and delicious home made cakes. It is a magical place to see the most impressive sunset you can imagine. You are a true Majorcan spot with a pure essence of the rustic properties of the island.
Recomendations:
-Only cash ,they dont accept credit cards.
-Bring spray agains moskitos,at sunset is plenty of them.
-Reserve before going because high seasson (june to sept) is crowdy. Call or send whats app
-Ask to the owners how to arrive to the old military coast battery there you will see old bunkers where 4 "Vickers cannons " where installed until 1996 when it was dismantled.
