Carradale Shop and Post Office is on the B842 just before you turn on to the B879 to come into the village. Open Monday to Saturday 9 to 4; Thursday 9 to 1pm. Closed Sunday. Selling basic supplies, local produce, souvenirs and crafts when available.
Great food - lunch and afternoon/high teas. If you are needing a special cake whilst in Carradale check out their website. Bookings only for evening meals. Outside seating area. Check for opening times - may vary.

You can take a nice walk from the cottage to this welcoming little cafe for coffee, light lunch or afternoon tea. Take lovely stroll through the forest and watch for the sign to drop down to the 'Network Centre' where the cafe is situated. Then wander back via the estate and beach. Indoor and outdoor seating and very dog friendly. Open Friday to Monday 11am to 4pm. May be extra days through summer.
