Red Hook was not originally residential or commercialized, and more recently has transformed into a point of interest for its unique waterfront location and terrific bay views. Locals enjoy biking and walking here because it is less crowded and undiscovered than other neighborhoods. Check out new galleries, shops and cafes.

The 585 acre park offers much. There is a main 3.5 mile loop with a walking/jogging path and bicycle path. There are also many other walking paths and trails and picnic areas.
