Welcome! Our beautifully-appointed home, with its unobstructed ocean views, private oceanfront dock and hot tub, is the perfect backdrop for your next gathering.
It’s easy to create special memories here. Designed with entertaining and relaxing in mind, our indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for sharing with loved ones. The main floor layout is open plan, and our well-equipped kitchen is a natural hub. And, if you’d like some alone time, all bedrooms have private oceanview patios.
Inside, you will find yourself bathed in natural light, courtesy of the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the house. The kitchen will delight gourmet cooks... and their sous-chefs. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There are two master bedrooms; the one on two levels has a private lounge on the upper level, an Ofuro Japanese soaking tub and a calming rain shower. The three downstairs bedrooms can be converted to twin beds.
In response to prior guest comments all bedrooms have now been fully fitted out with curtains.
The views over Pender Harbour are amazing. Watch boats come and go by day, the sun set in spectacular style by evening, and the starriest of skies by night. You can even do this from our newly-installed hot tub, located outside the lower levels bedrooms.
This house is a great base for some amazing local experiences. From fishing trips, to harbour boat tours, to hiking Mt. Daniel, to seeing the Skookumchuck rapids in nearby Egmont, there's something for everyone. We can book these for you with our adventure partners.
And your culinary needs will be well met! You can cook for yourselves, or visit one of the local restaurants. It's up to you.
The house is located in a residential neighbourhood in Pender Harbour. It is high bank waterfront, but you can walk down to the oceanfront. We also have a fire pit next to the ocean, which you're welcome to use, subject to Fire Ban regulations. Most summers there is a total fire ban throughout the Sunshine Coast due to our usual very warm weather and dry summers.)
