    Hello there, my friend and live in this beautiful 3 bedroom apartment just opposite of Dandenong Plaza (adjacent to hungry jacks and 7 eleven). There is one empty room for a month and we would like to rent it out. The apartment is located in 1st floor and looks almost new with some beautiful wooden floor interior. The offered room has all the furniture ( bed/ table/ chair) and it is also a full furnished apartment. 1. A bus stop just in front of the main gate (1 meter) of the building and 5 buses stop in every 7 mins interval. Just hop on in one of them to go to station less than 8 mins. 2. Hungry jacks is just adjacent to the building (halal) and 7 eleven 3. Dandnenong Armada plaza is right across the road. It has literally everything. Kmart, coles, Target.. you name it. And the best part is the Reading cinema, 11 dollars show throughout 7 days a week. (Believe me) 4. Dandenong Market is just 5 mins walk from the apartment. This would be an ideal place for someone studying at Monash University, just 6 stops to Clayton Campus. We try our best to keep the apartment clean. I love to cook and Tariq kills it at ps4. We are looking for someone who would be respectful to others, carry a good hygiene and love doing things together.

    For those who need a comfortable self-contained, fully furnished one bedroom apartment. Although public transport runs past the bottom of Hansen Road, this property is best suited to guests with cars Dogs are also allowed To assist guests needing accomodation during this unusual period, we are offering a flat discounted rate. Book with us and get a clean, comfortable home with unlimited WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and self contained cosy space for working.
    Firstly, the apartment is self-contained, with its own access, has a king size bed, lounge area with 55” TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, WiFi, and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and washing machine and dryer. The Apartment is close to both Angliss, and Knox Private Hospitals by car. As mentioned, we are next to the National Park, should you wish to bushwalk to Mt Dandenong, in a quiet, tranquil setting, yet close to all facilities. The house follows the slope of the hill and this apartment is on the lowest level accessed by a normal wooden walkway/deck. It can accomodate 2adults, plus dogs. We can accomodate most special needs given notice, including dogs and children. As Animal Aid volunteers, we are used to accomodating dogs, and have beds, cages, and other items. As we occupy other levels of the property, we are available for assistance and information, consistent with Social Distancing. Smoking is fine outside,such as on patio, but not in the house. Dogs - are great and we love them, but based on previous experience with tenants( We are also volunteers for Animal Aid) we reserve the right to assess bookings with dogs, particularly with new furniture and carpets. There is no restriction on dog size. Some 68kg Akitas are better than smaller breeds that constantly bark and are aggressive. Any dog must be toilet trained, and vaccinated for at least worms. The apartment is ~5m x 5 m and has a sliding door leading to a deck of the same size with artificial grass, with stable and chairs, Dogs are fine inside (any messes will incur cleaning charges), and some dog minding may be available.
    This is a quiet semi-bush land property on a dead end street leading to the National Park. The only noise may be from possums climbing around the potion at night, and the Kookaburras who for some reason burst into song around 3am.

  • Podróżowaliśmy na noc w Warragul, który znajduje się na 5 minut. Nie byłem pewien, czego się spodziewać po jednostce przymocowanej do głównego domu na farmie, jednak dotarliśmy bezproblemowo do klucza w drzwiach, bez konieczności kłopotania właściciela. Od razu nas zaskoczyło, jak fajny był pokój i wyposażenie, wszystko było świetnie, a klasa hotelowa w łazience. Miłym akcentem jest pozostawienie domowych ciast na stole i odpowiednia ilość babeczek na śniadanie, jeśli chcesz. Łóżko było naprawdę wygodne i wspaniale było zobaczyć kurczaki wędrujące swobodnie po otwarciu zasłon rano. Nasz pobyt był bezproblemowy i chociaż był przywiązany do głównego budynku, wydawało się, że jesteśmy w bardzo komfortowym pokoju hotelowym w otoczeniu zadbanych ogrodów i spokojnej ziemi uprawnej. Na pewno zatrzymamy się ponownie, kiedy przyjedziemy do Warragul :)

    Firstly, the apartment is self-contained, has two bedrooms, seperate lounge and kitchen, bathroom with spa, and washing machine and dryer., close to both Angliss, and Knox private Hospitals As mentioned, we are next to the National Park, should you wish to bushwalk to Mt Dandenong, in a quiet, tranquil setting, yet close to all facilities, and transport. The house follows the slope of the hill. With two bedrooms on level 1, each with queen beds, we can accomodate 4 adults We can accomodate most special needs given notice, including dogs and children. There is a flight of stairs between the two levels, and we would be reluctant to accomodate children under 10yo As Animal Aid volunteers, we are used to accomodating dogs, and have beds, cages, and other items. As we occupy other levels of the property, we are available for assistance and information, consistent with recommended Social Distancing. Smoking is fine outside,such as on patio, but not in the house. Dogs - are great and we love them, but based on previous experience with tenants( We are also volunteers for Animal Aid) we reserve the right to assess bookings with dogs, particularly with new furniture and carpets. There is no restriction on dog size. Some 68kg Akitas are better than smaller breeds that constantly bark and are aggressive. Any dog must be toilet trained, and vaccinated for at least worms. There will be a small external area for dog toileting outside the kitchen door. Dogs are fine inside (any messes will incur cleaning charges), and some dog minding may be available
    Friendly neighbourhood. Semi bushland. Quiet .... Good parking. By car, Close to Boronia Station, Knox City Shopping and Dining Complex, and the new Eastland Shopping and Dining Complex. There is a bus service at the bottom of the road [ but we are high on a hill] The area has a large choice of good food restaurants who will deliver to your door Excellent medical and pathology facilities, the 24hr Angliss Public Hospital with Emergency Department, and Knox Private Hospital are within 15mins by car.

Any visitors to the apartment must be checked with the owners at the front door before entering the property. On arrival please park on the driveway & ring the front door bell. Some guests in the past seem to have had a problem with this instruction. It's not hard - ring the bell & someone will answer the door to show you up to your room. We are a young at heart couple in our 50's, involved in sports & church activities. We love keeping fit and live on a quarter acre (1000m2) block in middle class Berwick, We have a large 7 bedroom house which includes a 3 bedroom upper floor apartment (which is where you will be staying). Your will have the entire floor to yourself with your own private bathroom, toilet & living area with stereo and 32" LCD TV. Yes, even if you are just one person you will not have to share with anyone! The main bedroom (Summer Room) has a Queen size bed & base. A second bedroom (Autumn Room) is available with another Queen size bed for extra travelers if required. There is also a third bedroom with a single bed. Add to all this a separate access via an external stair so you can come & go as you please. There is an in ground pool to cool off in as well as dedicated on site parking. Fresh towels and linen, shampoo & conditioner provided. We love meeting new people and have traveled via backpacker units as a family. You can eat upstairs in privacy as dining facilities are provided. Daryl works as a Building Designer & Deanna is always around the house to help with advice on local transport, eateries and things to see. We are 2 minutes by car from the Monash (M1) Freeway entrance and 5 minutes bus ride (15-20 minute walk) from the Berwick railway station. Buses run every 20 minutes on weekdays and hourly on weekends. We are a 40 minute drive by car on the Monash Freeway (over 1 hour drive at peak hour)to Central Melbourne's shopping precinct , MCG and Etihad stadiums for AFL football, international cricket, Australian Open Tennis and all it's other attractions. Train takes about 70 mins to city. Only 1 hour drive to the Phillip Island Moto GP and access to Gippsland is just 5 minutes down the road. Access to the Great Ocean Road is just 90 mins away. You can walk to over 10 different takeaway outlets and the supermarket in just 5 minutes and Berwick has some wonderful a'la carte restaurants. There is also an extensive network of bicycle trails which connect us with the South Eastern corridor of Melbourne and all the way into the city. If you're arriving via the airport (Tullamarine or Avalon) then you can get the SkyBus to Southern Cross station in the CBD (where the SkyBus terminates). Then ride the Pakenham Line train to Berwick Station. The train ride takes about 70 minutes. We can be contacted via mobile from the train or station to pick you up on arrival at Berwick. Alternatively you can catch the 839 bus from Berwick Station to 100m from our doorstep. Please note that there are no cooking facilities in the apartment other than a convection microwave & electric frying pan. Also the apartment is above our children's bedrooms and, due to noise, not suitable for children under 13 years of age. Therefore no booking will be accepted with children under the age of 13 years.
    Our street is quiet & secluded but within walking distance to almost anything you need.

    Our home is located in a secure estate surrounding 2 Championship Golf courses. The golf clubhouse provides a café, a restaurant for dining, health club with indoor pool in addition to tennis courts & walking tracks throughout the estate. Close to a regional shopping centre as well as very good beaches. You’ll love our home because of the tranquillity of the neighbourhood and the private and comfortable ambiance we provide. Our home is approx. 32km from Melbourne CBD.
    Our home is 2 storey and the accommodation is the on top level. The upstairs is very private and you will have the full use of this area. There are two large Bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the second with a Double bed (this bed can be replaced with a queen if required). The modern Bathroom is spacious and contains a bath. There is a large Living/TV room. This area also contains a small fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided. The upstairs space may not be suitable for very young children due to the stairs however a barrier could be provided.
    The surroundings and the Golf Courses make this a very pleasant place to stay. The estate contains several kilometres of walking tracks that weave in and around both golf courses and parklands.
