Sacred Living Tea Ceremony with Joy
You will arrive in silence, get settled and we will ground our energies in the space. I will play crystal singing bowls to begin our journey together. We will sit on cushions on the floor (sofa available if needed) and remain in silence while I serve the first 3 bowls of Living Tea. This is an opportunity to let the Tea integrate into the body & move the Chi. I will then welcome you to the space & check in to see how you are feeling in the moment & if you have anything you might feel called to share. As the Tea moves the energy, conversation seems to unfold effortlessly and with a flair towards more conscious topics & less day to day logistics. I will tune in & choose Oracle cards for you if this feels in concurrence with how you are feeling. You are also welcome to choose your own cards. The format flows with the moment & the sharings are free to expand as they unfold. You are welcome to stop drinking at any time, although I do encourage you to enjoy the benefits the Tea has to offer. Time tends to slip away in ceremonial space & I honor the process as it unfolds. Create a personal glass object in a hot glass workshop
I offer hot glass blowing classes at my studio in Hendersonville, NC. Classes are currently available for 2 participants at a time. Classes last for approximately 1.25 hours and each person would make one of three objects; Pumpkin, Oil Lamp or a double sided bowl. All work is continuously supervised by myself. The object is to be safe, have fun and create something out of glass. I've been blowing glass since the early 1990's and have been offering classes at my location at Horseshoe Gap Village in Hendersonville for the past 4 years.
Mountain Blessing Ceremony
This will be a private experience where I will share teachings on creating a sacred ceremonial space. You will receive a Limpia (shamanic cleanse and blessing) with the use of nature elements such as earth, air, fire, water and under the guidance of the surrounding mountain spirits as is customary in Peruvian shamanic cosmology. We will create sacred space by cleansing our energetic/auric fields with copal, palo santo, or sage. I will teach about different smoke medicines and which minerals or plants to use for which intentions or purposes. We will learn why and how to Call in the Directions. (Calling in the Directions honors the land and lineage where we are from and where we are at present). I will offer a grounding meditation to prepare you for the Limpia and you will then relax and enjoy the experience of receiving a Limpia. A Limpia assists to balance and align your body, mind and spirit, dissolves unconscious blocks, upgrades consciousness to higher light frequencies, and supports your path to your most desirable life trajectory. A Limpia can cleanse and uplift your energetic field and bring a sense of ease, rejuvenation, sovereignty, and clarity. It is known to assist with emotional imbalances, loss of identity, addictions, anger, phobias, and fears. *Please check out my profile to see my other offerings* *Please reach out for alternative days available.*
