Vintage custom build, private full and separate apartment in rear of a larger residential home. Location makes it a quiet and serene spot. WIFI, Netflix, HBO, Showtime, etc included. TV is huge and rotates toward living room space or bedroom or kitchen. Dishwasher, Food Disposal, Gas stovetop, Electric oven, Vintage zinc style bartop, unique reclaimed materials build of closet. Iron pipe bed queen sized pillowtop mattress.

Keep in mind, this is a clean apartment, but created using rustic, rusty, dusty and re-purposed or reclaimed antique materials. Most of the lumber or elements embedded into this space are well over 100 years old and used in construction. If you have odd allergies or need an immaculate, unblemished, or pristine accommodation, please skip this. Expect some level of character and wear to go along with unique style of this spot. Rust or a galvanized patina are cool to me so I love this apartment.

Even though the apartment was built only 4 years ago, the materials are older than your grandparents!

● Using a stronger disinfecting solution with a higher concentration of sanitizers in all areas of the unit including living spaces, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms

● Cleaning all plates, glasses, utensils, and cookware regardless if they have been used or not

● Cleaning all high-touch areas such as door handles, chairs, and workstations


In addition, we are encouraging personal hand washing after each interaction during check-in to minimize further transmission of the virus.

You'll have a completely private space, private exterior entrance, dedicated gated staging areas, etc. This is a single storied, rear, portion of a main house. The apartment area is single story but some walls are shared with rest of the abode. Normal residential lifestyle habits are expected, requested and appreciated. (Quiet occupation time requested between 10 pm and 7 am. Please don't be disrespectful, golden rule applies in shared buildings.)

Single occupancy is expected unless you booked and approved as a couple, triple etc. The rare overnight guest is fine of course, however, this should be considered a one time or very rare occurrence if you are long term booked here. There is single car off street parking for you or street parking in front is easy. A single tenant is expected during your stay unless otherwise approved prior to accepted booking. This is a great spot for the professional type here on business trips and I created this very unique and special space to accommodate this quiet individual personality mostly. There is space to accommodate up to 3 persons in the apartment, but please be respectful and book as 1, 2, or 3 if that is your need.
