The building is a new construction located in the downtown of San Lucas. It has elevators and staircases to access the different units; some of the have view to the mountain and others to the beach - take into consideration that it's a ""far away view"" from the beach.

The diversity of typologies offer a possibility from different groups of people to travel, from solo travelers (studio apartments) to families (3BR- apartments), all typologies offer kitchens and dining areas. The apartments have an earthy retreat look&feel which makes the apartment feel fresh and modern.

The building amenities are nice for also staying in, or coming back from a day in the beach. Being able to enjoy the sunset in the rooftop pool or by the fire pit; having some company over to cook in the grill area at the rooftop or relaxing at the open gym. The building also shares space with some outside shops like a coffee, steren and a decoration store, offering different solutiosn to guests. The area feels really residential although there are some restaurants close by.
