Community trams provide easy access to any amenity of your choice - a list that also includes fitness centers.

Back at home in your villa, there's space for the whole family to kick back and unwind. Settle into the living room and watch a movie, or play one of the provided board games around the six-person table. The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Need some fresh air post-dinner? Step outside to your furnished deck that's nestled under the trees.

Parking notes: There is paid parking for 2 vehicles. PARKING IS LIMITED. Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. You may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cars must vacate the property no later than 10 am on checkout day. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. Vacasa is not responsible for illegally parked cars.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
