Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located residential home. This serene styled house boasts of a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. Lovely and friendly neighborhood. Short walking distance to Starbucks and other eateries. It is safely behind Burbank’s small fire station. (Don’t worry, they do not turn sirens on until they are on main streets.) This house serves as a wellness center when not rented so massages and therapy available to guests at 50% off! 🤗 Just contact Host.

There may be other guests in the house during your stay that you could run into that are well reviewed and approved. 🤗💪This is also the oldest house built and still standing in Burbank. A new coat of paint is due but not scheduled yet and the pipes in the bathroom tend to make noises while the shower is in use. 😂🤪

There are two other bedrooms rented in the house so you may or may not run into other guests in the common living spaces as they pass through.

I only take reservations from those who have good reviews as to make all my guests feel happy and safe! 😉

One bedroom has its own en suite private bathroom- so it’s just the other room down the hall that may use the restroom you use as well.

Again, the Main living spaces like the living room or kitchen is where you may run into other lovely guests like yourself. 🤗
