One bedroom right on the Santa Monica BoardWalk Next to Muscle Beach... can't beat this location.

Located right on Ocean Front Walk and exactly in front of the original Muscle Beach in Santa Monica California (not to be confused with Muscle Beach in Venice Beach), this property faces the ocean and it’s situated just within a few minutes walk of the famous Santa Monica Pier, Starbucks, Big Deans Ocean Front Café (let them know Cozy referred you) and many many many other attractions that Santa Monica has to offer; enjoy staying in this area without having to pay hotel prices… close by hotels include, the Lowes Hotel, Shutters Hotel, the JW Marriot and Casa Del Mar Hotel.

The Muscle Beach outdoor gym area is considered to be the original Muscle Beach in California, featuring ropes, parallel bars, swings and more where families, fitness freaks and tourists enjoy free entry and laid-back fun; Other gyms closed by include Burn Fitness (let them know “Cozy” referred you), Equinox, The famous Golds Gym Venice, Orangetheory Fitness and there are also many other cross fitness gyms and circuit training gyms.

Standing next to the pier and from the roof terrace of the building, you get a seagull's view of the beautiful Los Angeles coastline and boardwalk; this is the only residential rooftop in this area with views that extend all the way to Malibu at the north and Palos Verdes at the south… on a clear day you can even see Catalina Island.

Within Santa Monica's 8.3 square miles you can enjoy many dining and shopping activities. Walk to the Downtown Santa Monica and stroll through the Third Street Promenade; a pedestrian mall esplanade, offering shopping, dining and entertainment including street performers and nightlife.

Transportation: There is a metro train station within a few blocks at the corner of 4th St & Colorado Ave; You can also rent bikes to stroll through the Boardwalk at the “Joy Ride” Truck parked next to the building (just mentioned “Cozy” referred you and you will be taken care of with the outmost customer service); It is also easy to get around the City by renting scooters like Lyft/Lime/Bird (these usually do not work on the boardwalk but only on city streets); Uber or Lyft transportation is always easy economical and convenient (Uber App or Lyft App)

About the apartment…. It includes WIFI, linens, towels, kitchenware pots pans, silverware, cups and plates, one smart TV; no cable.

There is laundry onsite for a fee machines are card operated and you can buy $30 or $60 dollar credits.

The listing photos are very accurate for the most part, however, every now and then some pieces of furniture, linens, or towels may vary due to regular wear and tear. We have a cleaning crew on staff that performs deep cleaning of each apartment before your check in. Please understand that our apartments are great stays for the location and priced accordingly; we have remodeled and non remodeled unit; Our building is 1910s historic, stucco construction and it has recently gone through renovations.

Parking: this apartment includes 1 parking permit and you can park at the lot next to the property 1650 Appian Way (residents only) and 1670 Appian Way (residents and public parking.

While we do not offer concierge service, our apartments and buildings are professionally managed and there is staff available to address any maintenance request Monday thru Friday from 9am to 3pm. Most service request can get addressed within 24 to 48 hours; we also have professional vendor services in case some needs may require outside specialty services such as plumbing and or electrical work when necessary; for urgent matters you can always call the onsite manager. For live threatening emergencies you should always call 911.

We do not allow smoking, parties or events at our accommodations; we encourage all guest to be courteous of neighbors and keep noise levels down to a minimum, especially after 8pm and before 9am.

Minimum stay is 31nights (not negotiable) and you can book up to 90 days in advance in most cases.

We do not offer discounts as we know the market and we offer the best prices for private apartments in this area.

The apartment is private (not shared) and no one else will have access to the unit during your stay. The building and units are equipped with Latch App smart locks and you will have access to this amenities during your stay. For maintenance request we ask that you let us know if you give permission to enter or if you would like to make an appointment and be present during maintenance service.

When our units are not occupied, we can schedule showings if our staff is available, Monday thru Friday 9am to 11am or 2pm to 3pm.

Pet Policy;
We may allow 1 pet upon request (exclusions below) with a $50 fee per month. Maximum animals: 1, Weight limit: 30lbs
These dog breeds are prohibited at the property: Australian Cattle Dog, Basenji, Basset Hound, Bedlington Terrier, Bernese Bloodhound, Boxer, Bulldog, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, Dogue de Bordeaux, Foxhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Husky, Keeshond, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presia Canario (Pit Bull family), Pointer, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Saluki, Weimaraner, Any Wolf-dog Hybrid. No fees will be charged for service animals; we just ask that you disclose: Whether the assistance animal is required because of disability & what work or task the animal has been trained to perform. Failure to follow the pet policy will result in cancelation of your stay without a refund.
