Set up to accommodate 4 guests, it has been styled with quality furnishings and cool coastal décor. Both bedrooms have ensuite’s, ceiling fans and SSAC, plus 2 more air conditioners downstairs. Indoor/outdoor living flows to a private grassy courtyard with BBQ, perfect for entertaining. Amenities include wifi, Netflix and coffee pod machine.

This 2-bedroom townhouse offers relaxed coastal living and fantastic convenience. Ideally oriented to capture north sunshine in the kitchen and casual dining space, push open the stacker sliding doors to extend the living space in the private courtyard and lawn. This is the spot for an afternoon wine whilst cooking the BBQ, or preparing for a night out.

Torquay’s sporting reserves are only a short stroll away, including the Djila Tjarri Skate Park and Playground, and don’t miss the Farmer’s Market across the road which is held every Saturday.

This distinctive new development proudly offers guests the opportunity to experience the coast, and makes the perfect base for couples or business travellers (dedicated workspace offered). A single lock-up garage is available for your car, plus plenty of on-street parking. Walk to Torquay North shopping centre for all your essentials, with the convenience of a cafe breakfast, daily coffee, dining options, bottle shop, chemist and a bakery. More boutique shopping is nearby at Torquay’s Gilbert St or the famous surf shops.

A sense of cool and calm has been captured throughout, with the interiors defined by boho textured furnishings and floral art enhancing the neutral colour palette. The lounge suite invites you to curl up and relax with a good book, use the WIFI or watch movies to your heart’s content (Netflix connectivity).

The modern kitchen is fuss-free and has everything you need including quality stainless steel appliances (gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave) and stylish cabinetry. Plenty of storage is available, plus fully-equipped crockery, cutlery and cookware, tea, coffee pod machine and some pantry essentials. A 4-seater dining table fits the setting, bathed in natural light thanks to north-facing windows and patio outlook. Climate control ensure year-round comfort, with split system air conditioning units in both bedrooms, the dining room and the living room.

Both Queen-size bedrooms are upstairs and are beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Each room has built-in robes, ceiling fans, and ensuite bathrooms (large shower, vanity, IXL heat lamp and toilet in each). The laundry downstairs has a washing machine and clothes dryer, doubling as a convenient guest powder room.

This townhouse is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.
- Located approximately 100 metres to the skate park, playground and sporting precinct.
- A 5 minute stroll to cafes, supermarket, bar's, restaurants at Torquay North Shopping Centre.
- A short drive to the surf shops and Torquay’s town centre.
- Or take a short 10 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.

Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver and Rip Curl (both of which originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.

As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.
