Bright studio is located in new residental building Rezidenca Pipanova, built in 2020. In the outskirts of Ljubljana in a quiet neighbourhood of houses, in a vicinity of the railway, Ljubljana ring road and motorway.
30m2 studio is bright, simple, very comfortable with floor heating, ventilation with recuperation and soundproff windows. All of these ensures comfortable stay, wellbeing and healthy enviroment.
There is a bar at the ground floor where you can have breakfast or just a coffe.

Studio includes a sleeping/ living area, separate bathroom, small kitchen and covered balcony.
Self check in. Entrance with one-time generated code or smart phone.
There are two beds 90cm x 200cm which can be arranged together as double bed or two seperated beds. Child or other third person can sleep in the middle if beds are put together.
