*OUR TEAM*
We have a local support team located in close proximity to the apartment complex, to tend to whatever you may need during the day 9:00am - 4:00pm for the duration of your stay at our apartment.

Guests who maintain a strict policy on coming into the apartment during the course of their stay, are advised to communicate cleaning requests or maintenance of any sort, very well in advance of their preferred time slot of service.

*CLEANING*
Our apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival, using antibacterial cleaning products according to the approved ABnB cleaning standard.
Basic dusting and cleaning is done twice weekly.
DAILY CLEANING refresh is provided upon request at a FEE.

*SHEETS AND TOWELS*
Sheets and towels are throughly dry cleaned, and are changed in between each guest(s).
Additional sheets and towels are usually kept in storage at the apartment for long term guests.

*ELECTRICITY*
There is 24/7 power supply supported by inverters.
The sockets, light switches, fans and TVs will work 24/7.
Air conditioners, refrigerator and kitchen appliances will only work with general local power supply.

*GUEST ACCESS*
Guests will have access to free parking within the gated complex, full access to the apartment unit, full access to the clubhouse - swimming pool, gym, game room, roof top sit out, basket ball and football pitch.

The estate is situated within blocks of two pharmacies, a supermarket, a local market, a variety of religious centers and financial institutions.

The Novare Central Park and Jabi Lake Shopping malls are 10mins away respectively.

What I love most about this space is the amenities within and the serenity of the estate , makes it very easy to be indoors all day,

Additional point is the accessibility of the location;
Very easy to locate.
It is so easy to dash in and out within minutes.
