Entertainment paradise! The flow of this house is tremendous; from the massive kitchen island to the French doors opening out to the patio is perfect for any size gathering. Are you entertaining co-workers, clients, or just looking for the perfect getaway with the family! The outside area includes six teak lounge chairs and a gated pool to keep the young ones safe. Once the sun goes down gather around the TV and catch a movie or ballgame with room for 10! 4 BR's and 3 BA, sleeps 12 comfortably!

This is a residential community and the neighborhood demands respect. No parties or large gatherings. No loud noise or music will be tolerated. No smoking or pets allowed in the home. If we find that any of these rules are being broken we have the right to remove you from the property.

Location is ideal as this home sits b/t the 17 and 51 and short distance to the 101. Ten minutes to Scottsdale, 20 to Glendale and the stadium, 20 to the airport, 20 to downtown Phoenix. It's the perfect location to explore the valley.

Located close to popular dining and entertainment, this charming 4BR/3BA home, pool, dining area and MASSIVE kitchen provides a great place for memories and entertaining. You won't find a kitchen like this in the Valley. Relaxing days can be spent by the calming private pool. Then have snacks and meals on the covered patio or in the kitchen which opens out with French doors out to the patio/pool (great flow). Many hiking trails are in walking distance. Also nearby are world class golfing, shopping, and dining venues. Guest safety is paramount a camera is positioned to view the street. This is a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. The home rests in the back of a cul-de-sac with nothing behind but an rarely used dog park.

ENTRY - As you walk into this out you'll quickly see that you booked a tremendous house. Before you get to the kitchen and the island you'll see a nice family room with a couch, chairs, and dinner table for 4.

FAMILY ROOM - This home offers ample room to relax with a large sectional sofa (with pull out couch) and 65” smart TV. Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu,, and many more are all downloaded so please sign in and go.

KITCHEN & DINING - The expansive kitchen is eye popping, the island seats 12 comfortably. A 60 inch smart ROKU TV, it's the perfect gathering spot for all visitors. Appliances are stainless steel. For meals, the kitchen island is perfect to keep everyone together. There is also a four seat table in the front room for smaller more intimate gatherings.

BEDROOMS & BATHS - This home can sleep up to 14 guests with trundles, pull out beds in the couch, office futon, and blow up mattresses. For infants this home also has a pack n play for use. Just ask!

The master bedroom is a nice escape and is massive with a king-size bed and large office nook (with couch that makes another bed) for those wanting to work in a quiet space. The master closet is large and includes washer and dryer, there are TWO washer and dryers in this home (one on each floor) The master bathroom maintains a double vanity, separate bathroom and walk-in shower. The Master also has a walk out patio with a love seat to relax and enjoy the desert/pool views. There is a 60 inch Samsung smart TV with all the applicable apps.

Bedroom 2 (the only bedroom on the main floor) maintains a queen-size bed and 50 inch Roku TV with all the apps. This bedroom has a newly remodeled bathroom across the hall with a marble white vanity. The other two bedrooms are upstairs with the master.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and views of Lookout Mountain out the halfmoon window.

Bedroom 4 has a set of bunk beds with a trundle on each, sleeps 5 comfortably. The room also included a large walk in closet. This room also includes view of Lookout Mountain out the half moon window.

There are two A/C units for this home so you'll be cool no matter the temp. There are also ceiling fans (controlled by remote) in bedroom, kitchen, entry room, living room, etc.

OUTDOOR AREA - The covered back patio offers a covered ping pong table, 6 teak lounge chairs, a large pool with fountain, a baja shelf with umbrella in the pool. There is a fence with a gate for easy access to keep all children safe. No lifeguard on duty, diving in the pool is not permitted. The back yard is private and fully enclosed.

HOME DETAILS - Complementary Wi-Fi, two washer/dryer units, one on each floor, and parking for 4 cars in the driveway/RV lot and street parking for overflow. There is also RV parking on the left side of the house, you can access that by unlocking the gate.

LOCATION - Is perfect for any visitors with access to I-17, I-51, and the 101. Within minutes you can be in Scottsdale or Lookout Mountain for great golf and hiking. This is a fantastic neighborhood to walk, run, hike, with the famed Lookout Mountain a few minutes away. 20 minutes from the Phoenix Airport. Other activities abound such as hiking, dining, golfing, and shopping within a short proximity.

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of
Phoenix Ordinance Section 1 0-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term
registration number for this property is 21379621.

The four bedrooms and three bathrooms are meticulously cleaned after each and every booking. Every bedroom is equipped with premium hotel linens, lots of pillows, television, cable, wi-fi internet, full length mirror, alarm clock, hair dryer, bathrobes, luggage racks, dressers and ceiling fan. Plus in master closet is an additional: (1) air mattress.

HEATED POOL: available on demand for $50 additional per night, please give us 2-3 days notice and we’ll have it heated upon arrival. For purposes of keeping the pool warm when it’s ready for use we ask you put the cover on each night. Thanks in advance!

The house sits in the Moon Valley Neighborhood in North Phoenix. It's extremely private and safe. Please be respectful of the neighbors, strict HOA policy around noise and number of guests.
