After a day on the beach or on the nearby Banana River enjoy this studio apartment featuring a QUEEN suite. TV, WiFi, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Refrigerator, and more. Easy access to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Orlando International Airport, and Disney.

* We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
* We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning

The guests can use the yard and all of the spaces at and around the cottage within the confines of the bamboo gate around the cottage. Please do not park in front of the dumpster. Park in front of the Tiki Hut then walk straight back toward the bamboo gate - the cottage property is located behind it.

Fire Pit Propane Tank - $20 charge to replace the propane tank if it is empty and we will handle the replacement of it (let us know through the Airbnb app that you want it replaced)
