- Prohibido fumar dentro de la casa.
- Apagar los aparatos aire cuando salgan de casa, si se realiza un consumo excesivo de electricidad se solicitará su pago.
- Respetar el descanso de los vecinos, no hacer ruido a partir de las 22h.
- Cuidar del mobiliario y electrodomésticos de la casa y a su vez dejar cada objeto o mueble tal como lo encontraron.
- Informar de los desperfectos.
