Beautiful 1941 home in historic neighborhood close to downtown Greensboro, walking distance to UNCG and Greensboro College. Short drive to Bennett College and NC A&T. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. WiFi and smart tv with Hulu, amazon prime, and Disney plus. One block away from a park with a stream, playground and basketball court. Wood fire pit, small grill, patio set, hammock and dining table outside. Driveway and street parking directly in front of the house.

This home is in the College Park Neighborhood and directly beside Sunset Hills, Lindley park and college hill neighborhoods. A small farmers market is held every Saturday a little less than 1 mile from the house. There are also several local restaurants, a coffee shop and small local grocery store in the same area the farmers market is held. The location is amazing and close to everything in Greensboro!
