Welcome to Medford! With History, The Long Island Rail Road established the Medford Station in 1843 in a flat wilderness in the Long Island Central Pine Barrens.
Located right on the heart of Long Island; Three bedrooms apartment, one bath, deck for the evening, cozy apartment located minutes away from The Village of Patchogue, a place that you can go to eat or drink.
A perfect place for a short vacation or for a long stay for work.

This apartment is a fantastic space for your stay in Long Island, NY. Comfortably sleeps for four and two extra guests if you need too. As you arrive, this place will be waiting for you, so you can relax and feel right at home, and 1,350 square feet in Medford! Superb curb appeal with large, lush front lawn, beautiful trees, and patio with pavers, perfect for summer days, with a wood deck, a great way to start your morning!. The floorplan flows into the formal dining room and wonderful window. The kitchen with SS appliances, and view of the backyard. Enjoy some rest & relaxation in the living room with a modern leather sofa. Three well-appointed bedrooms are located at the end, all with carpet flooring, one with an office table and a computer for work as needed. One full bathroom. The backyard is a tranquil setting surrounded by tall trees. Fantastic neighborhood in a convenient location, quiet and tranquil, with easy access to Long Island Xprway and Sunrise Hwy. 10 min of the Village of Patchogue, 10 min of Southaven County Park, with Bird Watching, Camping, Hiking, trails, and many amenities. and  20  min from the Atlantic Ocean Beach in Smith Point County Park, with many beach Activities. The perfect place to stay in NY, also if you don't want to miss the emblematic Places of the city the train station is 10 min away, in one and a half hours you are in the Big City by train, Imagine that journey.

Hello and thank you for the interest! Please look at my other reviews as the home or apartment, is so comfortable and beautifully appointed. I do have basic consideration rules in place to be sure that this is a win/win situation. Take a look, let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I am here to help and make this a great experience for you and your family. I specify many things according to my experience and the questions of many guests. Please also review the house rules and additional notes.

House Manual and some House rule As a Host, my aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay at our house.
But to do so, I would really appreciate it if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience.
Some simple “things” that I would greatly appreciate
Most important items-
- Please respect the home as if it was yours- - Watch the furniture and accessories.

Communication is extremely important. No events/Parties without permission and communication with the owner. Additionally, will be occupying the apartment on the lower floor (totally independent). We will go over and beyond to be sure you stay in the best possible stay.

-
- No unbooked visitors or additional guests are allowed on the premises. Please be advised that extra guests beyond the number originally booked will be grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking.
- No loud music at all.
-Please note that service contractors such as lawn maintenance, pool services, irrigation specialists have access to the home (Backyard- Driveway). Their schedules will be communicated to the best of my knowledge in advance, however. Any guest's refusal will incur their cancellation fee.
- You can receive packages during your stay.
- Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving. Please do not use cleaning products for the oven or fridge. the cost of deep cleaning is within your total hosting payment.
- For now, we are not offering a washer and dryer for your use, we can consider it in the event that it is a long stay.
- You don't need to take off your shoes, but we prefer no shoes on the bedrooms carpet.
- Please do not light candles in the bedrooms. don't forget to blow out the candles when you go out or before bed.
- The house has one air conditioning unit, turn off and on as necessary
- Is a baseboard Heat with one zone thermostat, please text me immediately if you have issues.
- Please do not touch the pool equipment. If you need anything, just let me know.
- Please be careful with the cordless wooden blinds.
- Please no smoking on the property. This includes the driveway and deck. No vaping or drugs.- Trash should be taken to the bins to the left of the house.-
- There are wifi and password information in the Welcome book - you must be dry before entering the house. do not enter the house wet under any circumstances.
- Please limit the use of towels and re-use the towels.
- Please do not re-arrange the throw blankets or books/items in the house. Please do not re-arrange the furniture -
PLEASE put everything back in its place.
- Please email/text or call with anything. It is easier to ask than to try and figure it out- When you leave- Can you put everything back. AC unit off and light off, please.
- Please turn off the lights when not in use
- Please DO NOT LEAVE LIGHTS ON OVERNIGHT
- Please note that the house is NOT an investment property - it is a residential home.
- Please watch the walls w the luggage.
- Please limit cars in the driveway- Two max
- No Parties- No Events. THIS will result in the termination of the hosting.
- NO professional help without permission from the owner. No Chefs, No Maids, No Staff, No Yoga instructors, No massage therapist, no professional help/service. If this occurs, the lease will be terminated without a refund.

- Only people listed to the lease have access to the house. No dinner parties or random guests. This is not a party house. NO "just having people over drinks" if they are not listed on the lease.

- PLEASE, This is not a Hotel. This is my home, clean up, put stuff back in order, and please do not mess up the home. I will be sure to do my part but I need you to not treat this home as a hotel. Treat it like your home.

POOL RULES----
Minors under the age of 18 shall not utilize the pool unsupervised. Unsupervised use by children is strictly prohibited. Never leave children alone in the vicinity of the pool. Do not add anything to the water, including foaming bubbles, chemicals or bath oils, etc. If any of the above items are added, additional cleaning fees will be assessed. No candles or glass is allowed in the pool area or in the pool. No Shoes are allowed in the pool. Absolutely no pets are allowed in the pool. Absolutely no electrical appliances should be used in or near the pool. If any damage occurs to the pool liner, the guest is responsible for a full replacement of the pool liner. Guests agree to fully reimburse and indemnify operators for damage caused to the pool during the stay, including damage caused by any person. The pool is serviced and chemically treated weekly. The surrounding patio/deck may be slippery when wet. By this web page, accepting this agreement, guests agree to abide by the above conditions and hereby swear the information provided above is true. Guest agrees to the terms has read and understands the cancellation policy and give to Airbnb permission to charge credit card accordingly.

this neighborhood is unique because it is located in the heart of Long Island, it is not necessary to reach the end of LI to enjoy the quiet and beautiful houses. Also, you are not so far from the city by car to the JFK airport, typically 55 min - 1 hr 15 min. by train you also get to The Big Apple, enjoying a beautiful journey.

Also, the apartment is located near parks that offer trails, hiking, camping, fishing, and many more activities 10 min away. It is also close to the ocean beach at Smith Point County Park and close to the lake beach of Ronkonkoma.and if you prefer to go to Fire Island is 25 min of Bayshore, where you can take the Fire Island Ferries.

It's a lot in one place, including an aquarium with children's activities and a Splish Splash Water Park (Calverton), 20 min away, and many other nearby parks.

(Que tan Feliz eres), a text for change and personal growth . I firmly believe that we can pursue our dreams! The apartment is for guests, but I am available in a case when needed. As hosts, we will be very close.

Being from different cultures, I must say that I like to give space to the guests, that they can feel at home, although I am always close, I like to think that they feel comfortable when I do not disturb them. Even my husband and I think differently, he wants to talk to everyone and invite them over for a beer. I leave it to the discretion of each guest because each trip has its purpose.

What I like the most is that they say if they need something, because as the owner we want their experience to be very pleasant. I feel happy when they enjoy every space, the deck, the patio, and the pool.

We have a welcome book, there are things we have summarized, but there may be many other questions, and we are not bothered by them asking.
The apartment is for guests, but I am available in a case when needed. As hosts, we will be very close.
