A beautiful 2 bed apartment in a converted farm house overlooking lake geneva opposite Lausanne . Twin room can have a third bed put in it and can accomodate 3. Two bathrooms Easy access to the Lake and for skiing in Bernex, Thollon and Porte du soliel.

The view from the house is amazing and there is so much to do. The property is perfect for summer and winter with access to ski resorts, the nearest being just 12 mins away and to the lake. There is a nearby furnicular to Evian that runs from May to Dec. and aperitifs at The a Royal Hotel is a must. There is a boulangerie and grocery store a 15 min walk away and a bus stop just out side the house. I can not tell you all that there is to do as there is so much so (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) the a Evian tourist board

Hi, I have owned the house for 5 years now and love it there. It is currently divided into two separate apartments and I let the three bed one. It has been a renovation project and fun. I have a teenage daughter who comes with me at holiday times as does our little dog, At home in Dunchurch I am the owner of a Mexican Restaurant and have been for 26 years so the peace in France is doubly welcome. The Dunchurch House is our home but I love having guests and it seems to work well. I feel very lucky to have both properties and definitely enjoy sharing them.
