Only minutes to the beautiful Ocean City NJ beaches and boardwalk. Our park model is located in the quieter seasonal section of Whippoorwill Campground. It’s very close to the laundry and extra showers. In addition to the house we provide 4 beach tags, 4 chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and towels to help make your day at the beach more enjoyable. Also in the rear shed you will find a hibachi grill, tools and charcoal waiting for your summertime cookout.

Our “tiny house” includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, generous closet space and built in drawers. The living room boasts a queen size sofa bed and coffee station. The Florida room has a tv with cable and leads to the shaded and private screened in porch. One bathroom with tub/shower combo and a well equipped eat-in kitchen. Outside you will find a picnic table, a chimenea and 4 Adirondack chairs to enhance your camping experience.

Whippoorwill Campground is located in Marmora, NJ on Route 9 just outside of Ocean City. They offer a sparkling Olympic size pool with a grill serving breakfast, lunch and snacks. There are also tennis and basketball courts, a gym, playground and many family oriented activities including Bingo and crafts, as COVID-19 rules permit. Very close to many great restaurants and fishing spots. A wonderful central location to easily explore the shore towns from Atlantic City to Cape May. Great antiquing and history abound.
